Why Exercise Becomes More Important As We Age

Regular exercise plays a vital role in maintaining independence and quality of life as we get older. Strength, balance, flexibility and mobility naturally decline with age, but regular physical activity can help slow this process. Exercise can assist with everyday tasks such as climbing stairs, carrying groceries, getting in and out of chairs, and maintaining confidence while walking. Staying active may also help reduce the risk of falls, improve posture, support joint health, and boost overall wellbeing. I look forward to helping you move toward a healthier, happier lifestyle.
